Acceptance
By accessing cloudwisetech.digital or enrolling in a Cloudwisetech lesson, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book training.

Training nature
Our workshops, coaching, clinics, and briefings are educational. They do not constitute personal financial product advice under Australian law, nor an invitation to deal in any financial product. Trading involves risk of loss. Past chart examples are illustrative only.
Bookings and fees
Fees and deposits are described on the Rates page and confirmed in writing when a seat or hour is reserved. Informational prices on this site are not an offer capable of immediate online acceptance; a booking is formed when we confirm availability and receive the agreed payment.
Intellectual property
Workbooks, slides, annotated examples, and website copy remain the property of Cloudwisetech. You may keep materials supplied for your personal study. You may not reproduce, sell, or teach from them commercially without written consent.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt hosting), submit false enrolment details, or record workshops for redistribution without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Cloudwisetech is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after training. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our liability for training services that fail to meet a consumer guarantee is limited, where permitted, to resupply of the service or payment of the cost of resupply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts in South Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
