Refunds & cancellations

These rules apply to Cloudwisetech instructor-led lessons: foundations workshops, one-to-one coaching, evening clinics, market open briefings, and private group workshops. They do not cover software subscriptions or shipped goods — we do not sell those.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on notice timing, whether the lesson has started, and whether materials prepared specifically for you have already been produced. Australian Consumer Law rights remain available where applicable.

Workshops (Foundations and private groups)

• Full refund of fees paid if we cancel the cohort or you cancel in writing 14 or more days before day one.
• Deposit retained, balance refunded if you cancel between 7 and 13 days before day one (deposit covers preparation and the held seat).
• No refund of deposit or balance for cancellations within 6 days of day one, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise or we agree a transfer to a later cohort.
• If you attend day one and withdraw, fees for days already delivered are non-refundable; unused later days may be credited toward a future cohort at our discretion.

Coaching hours

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or free move to another slot. Later cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee. Sessions that begin (including video connection established) are charged in full.

Evening clinics and open briefings

Cancel 48 hours or more before start for a full refund or seat transfer. Inside 48 hours the seat fee is non-refundable because rooms are capped and rarely refilled. If we cancel a clinic or briefing, you receive a full refund or a place on the next equivalent session.

Deposits

Workshop deposits hold a named seat. Deposits become non-refundable inside the windows above. Unused deposits older than twelve months without a completed booking may be treated as forfeited after we attempt contact by email.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation. No substitute materials package is owed beyond what was already supplied.

Work already started / materials

Once a workshop day has begun, that day’s fee is earned. Printed workbooks already issued are non-returnable and non-refundable. Follow-up plan-review emails included in foundations are non-refundable once sent.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule to another published cohort or coaching slot is allowed when notice meets the timelines above. Further reschedules may incur an administration fee of $40.

Refund process and timing

Email info@cloudwisetech.digital with your name, lesson, date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (typically bank transfer) within 10 business days. We do not offer cash refunds at the classroom.

Exceptions

Serious illness or bereavement supported by reasonable evidence may receive a more flexible credit at our discretion. Force majeure affecting our ability to deliver (venue closure, instructor illness without cover) results in a full refund or free transfer — your choice.
