How we handle personal information when you enquire about or attend Cloudwisetech training.

What we collect
- Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided, message content)
- Lesson preferences and scheduling notes
- Payment references necessary to match deposits and balances (we do not store full card numbers on this website)
- Limited technical data such as browser type and pages visited if analytics cookies are accepted
Purpose
We use this information to respond to enquiries, confirm seats, deliver training, send follow-up plan reviews where included, meet accounting obligations, and — only with consent — understand how the site is used.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing booking dispute. Enrolment and payment records are retained for seven years to meet Australian business record requirements. Analytics data, if any, is retained according to the provider’s settings and our cookie table.
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by Australian law or to establish legal claims.
International transfers
Some email or hosting subprocessors may store data outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection, including contractual safeguards with those providers.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. Children
Training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
